"This is my fourth new vehicle to purchase since 2005.  I have never been on Serra Chevrolet's facility until I contacted an Internet Sales Person who's name is Courtney.  He was very helpful and a super nice person.  I shopped for several different trucks over the past two months but Serra was the place of my choice and I think I made a good one.  I don't know what the service department will be like but I did visit a lady who was the manager and she seemed very nice as well.  I noticed the repair department was clean which tells me something about the staff."
