o   Conduct a thorough interview to determine needs and wants of each guest.

o   Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.

o   Coordinate with the sales management team and present figures to each guest as directed.

o   Thoroughly explain/demonstrate the vehicle's options and features to the new owner during the delivery process.

o   Complete ongoing training on a regular basis as required.

·       Job Description - Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems

effectively and efficiently according to training and guidelines.

·       Duties: 

o   Communicate effectively with Service Advisor regarding diagnosis and the progress of repair completion.

o   Coordinate with parts and other associated departments to ensure that all items are available to complete repairs.

o   Test vehicle to ensure that all repaired systems work properly.

o   Complete ongoing training on a regular basis as required.

o   Greet all guests with a smile and enthusiasm.

o   Listen intently and properly note each guest's explanation of their vehicle's symptoms.

o   Determine any recommended maintenance items due based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and history.

o   Thoroughly explain the estimated parts and labor costs to each guest along with estimated time of completion.

o   Monitor the progress of repairs and update each guest as appropriate.

o   Explain all repairs and the related charges upon guest arrival to pick up their vehicle.
